摘要
On its face, there’s a lot to like about modular automation. Breaking a production facility into modular units - or modules - can be a cost-effective way to build and maintain integrated production systems and upgrade them over time as technology changes. And in the oil & gas space, modular automation has the potential to offer significant savings across the lifecycle of a floating production storage and offloading unit (FPSO).
