摘要
An extended-gate field effect transistor (EGFET) based creatinine sensor using an enzyme-containing silk-fibroin membrane successfully fabricated. In this experiment, we used creatinine deiminase as a detection enzyme for serum creatinine, which is known as a marker of chronic kidney disease. The fabricated biosensor showed excellent potentiometric response to creatinine over a wide range from 0.007-0.4 mg/mL in phosphate buffer solution, which can enable to measure creatinine concentration in blood plasma. © 2023 The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan.
