摘要
Securing the critical minerals needed to support the world’s energy transition is taking on a new importance for Canada and other Western governments. A number of international partnerships and policy initiatives have been announced in recent months - with the stated goal of levelling out the imbalance of critical minerals in global supply chains. Fundamental economic and national security issues are at stake.
