摘要
This paper presents a scheduling strategy of wind penetration multi-source system considering multi-time scale source-load coordination for the wind curtailment in the northwest region in China. The strategy increases the accommodation of wind power while improving the economics of the system by coordinating the conventional generators, concentrated solar power plant (CSP) and the wind output on the scheduling source side, and the resources of demand response (DR) on the load side. Firstly, the resources of DR have been classified by their response times. Then, this paper builds a source-load multi-time scale scheduling model, combining the energy time shift characteristics and rapid adjustment capability of a CSP plant with the multi-scale characteristics of the DR resources. The objective of this model is to minimize the cost of wind curtailment and system operation. Finally, the studied simulation results in an IEEE-30 bus system show that the strategy proposed in this paper can coordinate the adjustable resources of the source and load and increase the accommodation of wind power while improving the economics of system. © 2021, Power System Technology Press.
