摘要
With the extension of the distributed application of wind turbine to the human production and living environment, the available wind energy has poor stability, which leads to the problem of the impact of dynamic wind load on the fatigue damage of blades. It has become an important issue that has attracted much attention and needs to be interpreted. Based on the comparison and analysis of the natural wind data in a year, three typical local dynamic wind load mathematical models were fitted. The fatigue analysis model of blade considering aerodynamic force, gravity force and centrifugal force was established, and the reliability of the model was verified by experimental tests. On this basis, it was revealed that the dynamic wind load will have a serious impact on the fatigue life of the blade, especially the fatigue life of the blade under the action of severe disturbance wind will shrink even close to 30%. At last, the reason why the dynamic wind load can reduce the fatigue life of the blade was explained by the safety factor and stress value of the blade in different position section. The relevant research results have a certain reference value for the in-depth study of blade fatigue damage under the rising dynamic wind load. © 2020, Editorial Office of Journal of Vibration and Shock.
