摘要
With the rapid development of the Autonomous Transportation System (ATS), it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the reliability of its logical architecture. However, most of the existing evaluations on the transportation system framework focus on the impact and benefits. Therefore, based on complex network theory, the reliability of the logical architecture from the perspective of network topology was analyzed and evaluated, and the important nodes that require priority maintenance were identified in this study. First, the basic structure of the logical architecture for ATS in the road automatic safe autonomous driving scenario was introduced, and the feasibility of complex network theory application was analyzed. Second, a weighted network model was constructed by determining the weight of edges based on the importance of each service and its data flow. The type of complex network was determined, and the network topology was analyzed according to the index of node degree, node strength, average path length, clustering coefficient, and global efficiency. On this basis, the node importance was evaluated according to the node strength method, node betweenness method, and mutual information method. Finally, the analysis shows that the logical architecture for the ATS network which is a small-world and scale-free network has a compact structure and high data transmission efficiency, and key nodes such as autonomous vehicles, traffic operation management department, and communication base station need to be maintained during the whole data transmission process. Based on complex network theory, this study provides theoretical reference and guidance on the reliability of the logical architecture for ATS. © 2022, Central South University Press.
