摘要
With the advancement of biomedical technology, modern nursing needs to evolve to a higher level. In this paper, we established a framework for disease gene analysis by analyzing the requirements of genome-wide association datasets for complex diseases. Based on this, a dichotomous approach is used to construct subnetworks of gene regulatory networks based on quantitative approaches, and analysis pipelines are designed based on the topological features of different subnetworks. Finally, the genome-wide regulatory network analysis was applied to modern nursing, and a practical analysis was done for diabetes. Gene risk pathways in diabetes were enriched, and 42 genes were involved in neurological pathways. 21 genes were involved in cell-cell communication pathways. 22 were involved in glutamatergic synaptic pathways. This study provides an example of the integration of genomics and modern nursing, contributing to the high quality of modern nursing. © 2023 ThinkBiotech LLC. All rights reserved.
