We have previously described the design of a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) and a multimodulus divider (MMD) for the 30-GHz range [1], [2]. In this article, we extend our work to develop a millimeter-wave integer-N frequency synthesizer. © 2009-2012 IEEE.
