摘要
Inadequate production planning in the food industry leads to high wastage. To prevent this, an intelligent prediction algorithm is developed, which can make the prediction based on information from the POS system. Additional parameters can be integrated to increase the prediction accuracy compared to classical methods. An implementation on one platform between customer and supplier minimizes the communication effort. © 2023 Walter de Gruyter GmbH, Berlin/Boston, Germany.
