摘要
Green remanufacturing is a key technology to support the recycling economy, and product modularization can effectively promote remanufacturing and improve product reusability. For product modularization of green remanufacturing, an approach to product modularity based on transmission network model of failure modes for remanufacturing was proposed. The failure mode of product parts was analyzed, and the transmission network model of failure mode-recycling mode was constructed. The fuzzy relation matrix between different levels was constructed by using fuzzy set theory, and the recycling mode of each part was analyzed through layer by layer mapping. The comprehensive relationships between components with function, structure as well as remanufacturing indexes were analyzed, which considered the information incompleteness and fuzziness of remanufacturability index at the end of product life, and the comprehensive correlation matrix was constructed. Based on the relationship between components with function and structure, the different clustering schemes were acquired by clustering algorithm based on transitive closure, and then the hierarchical structure of product modularity was built. The Minimum Description Length (MDL) degree of module independence and remanufacturing, were introduced to realize the reasonable division of modules. A case of permanent magnet retarder starter was provided to illustrate the analysis process on the proposed method. © 2023 CIMS. All rights reserved.
