摘要
This study analyzes the input and output data inputted into the calculation program for the Japanese building energy codes and investigates the building equipment design specification for common use space of apartment houses. This paper clarifies the rated capacity and rated efficiency of air conditioning equipment, airflow and power consumption of mechanical ventilation equipment, power consumption and adoption rate of control of lighting equipment, etc. © 2022 Architectural Institute of Japan.
