Dynamic simulation of the electromagnetic force of a high-frequency solenoid valve based on COMSOL_Multiphysics

Considering the difficulty in the calculation of the dynamic electromagnetic force of high-frequency solenoid valves and the insufficient study on the patterns of motion, in this study, the multiphysics simulation analysis software COMSOL_Multiphysics is used to explore the dynamic performance law of a high-frequency solenoid valve. Through modeling and simulation analysis, the pattern of motion on the electromagnetic force of a spool changing with the displacement of the spool under the design and selection of materials and current parameters is obtained. The simulation results of the dynamic electromagnetic force are analyzed to verify the generation of the electromagnetic force and the dynamic response process of cap demagnetization. The simulation shows that the response time of the solenoid valve is 3.984 ms, which has an error of approximately 2% from the experimental results. This paper provides theoretical guidance for the optimization design and application of high-frequency solenoid valves. © 2021, Editorial Department of Journal of HEU. All right reserved.
