摘要：
The forest is experiencing a number of crises related or not to climate change. Foresters often feel helpless when dealing with declining stands and have to deal with the most urgent problems. Tools have been deve-loped to help them in their diagnosis: some describe the situation, others help them to anticipate it. Expectations are high, but they won't answer every question. Foresters need training to pinpoint both their limits and strengths and to reflect on the obtained results. Their use will allow them to be improved. © AgroParisTech, 2023.
