摘要
Aiming at the parameter estimation problem of unknown mutual coupling between frequency diverse array multiple input multiple output (FDA-MIMO) radar arrays, a two dimensional multiple signal classification method based on data-conversion is proposed. Firstly, a received signal model with unknown mutual coupling effects is constructed. Secondly, the spectral function for parameter estimation is obtained by subspace decomposition. And then, the data-conversion method is used to solve the problem of spectral function distortion due to the existence of unknown coupling matrix. Finally, the estimated values of the targets' range and angle are used to reconstruct the optimization problem through a linearly constrained minimum variance to estimate the coupling coefficient matrix. Simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method which can accurately estimate the parameters and mutual coupling coefficients when unknown mutual coupling effects exist between the arrays. © 2021, Editorial Office of Systems Engineering and Electronics.
