In order to effectively isolate the low-frequency line spectrum generated by the ship machinery, based on the electromagnetic rubber hydraulic integrated active-passive hybrid vibration isolator, the adaptive control research of a hybrid vibration isolator was carried out in this paper. Firstly, the wavelet packet adaptive control algorithm was combined with the Hartley domain block algorithm to improve the convergence speed of the control system. Then, the influence of the time delay phenomenon in the block algorithm on the control system was analyzed. The time delay online estimation and predictive compensation algorithm was proposed to improve the accuracy of the control system. Meanwhile, the feasibility of the time delay compensation algorithm was analyzed. The experimental results show that the proposed adaptive control algorithm can be well applied to hybrid vibration isolators, which can effectively isolate the low-frequency line spectrum. © 2023 China Ship Scientific Research Center.
