There are a large number of datas in the procurement, production and distribution, which is used by big data technology, the key logistics information can be capture, processing and analysis to support supply chain to make operation decisions. Through analysis the characteristics of logistics big data for apparel industry, the enterprises with driven by orders can make cross-chain orders acceptance strategy, cross-chain orders release strategy, cross-order ranking strategy and cross-chain order production capacity planning. With the help of logistics big data, the apparel enterprises form an accurate operation decision for cross supply chains cooperation, so as to achieve the rational use of enterprises' resources and capacities. © 2019.
