摘要
The working environment involves the preparation of the conditions for the work performed to be safe. However, there are risks in all professions and professions. risks aim to identify and eliminate hazards in a work environment and to evaluate options for taking preventive action. The purpose of this article is to describe the risk factors of intra-hospital work for medical and nursing workers in Ecuador. The deductive method is used for the interpretation of the ideas of the aforementioned authors. After analysing the elements of the research, it can be inferred that medical professionals and nurses are susceptible to certain vulnerability factors in the context of: biological, physical, chemical, psychosocial and ergonomic, due to their direct contact with diseases, especially the biological risk by the hospital accidentability in the country in this case punctuations, it was also specified that the existence of external events such as the lack of spatial conditions and optimal working areas for patient care incides on the risks of suffering physical or ergonomical conditions.
