摘要
In order to study the effect of the locking process on the mechanical properties of advanced composite grid reinforced structure, a kind of composite kagome grid core was designed and the load-carrying capacity was analyzed by nonlinear finite element method. The grid ribs are simulated with whole shell element and interlocked cross structure with common nodes. The notch of grooves and the evolution of material damage are considered in the model. The results show that the cell is damaged at the intersection, and then the other cells in the same section continue to carry the load until the collapse of the whole section. The failure load obtained by analysis is 4285.69N, and the test failure load is 4131N, with an error of 3.74%, which verifies the modeling analysis method. The mechanical properties of the integrity structure are analyzed by validated analysis method. The results show that the notch makes the fiber of the composite material discontinuous, which greatly wakens the strength and stiffness properties of the structure.
