Using VisIt to Evaluate the Accuracy of a Convolutional Neural Network

摘要
Using VisIt, we visualized a 3D volume of neural axons for a larval zebrafish from electron microscope data and locations for those neurons estimated by a deep neural network. Errant points were recorded and used to further train the network. These computations were performed using Tensorflow, and utilized GPU's to increase performance.
