摘要
Metal implants interfere with the assessment of CT images. Photon-counting computed tomography (PC-CT), which is still relatively new in clinical practice, could help to reduce metal-related artifacts. Rau and his colleagues therefore compared PC-CT images of the spine with images from conventional energy-integrating detector CT (EID-CT) in a prospective study.
