摘要
By integrating the advantages of electrochemistry and membrane separation, electrified membranes have emerged as a next-generation technology for the mitigation of environmental pollution. In this issue of Chem Catalysis, Zhang and colleague report on an electrified reduced graphene oxide membrane for effective water purification via electrochemical activation of peroxymonosulfate. This innovative technology demonstrates robust performance in the destruction of a range of organic contaminants with minimal energy requirements.
