摘要
Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility are two tools of global importance that guide the actions of business institutions and the preparation of financial reports for the social and environmental sphere. The objective of this research is to identify the profile of the scientific production on the themes CG and CSR based on the international production between the years 2013 and 2022. The methodology used was the bibliometric analysis through the ProKnow-C technique that allowed the selection of 455 articles to compose the sample. It was observed that the most used keywords in the researches were Corporate Social- responsibility, Governance and Performance. There was also a significant increase in production in the years 2020 to 2022. Khaled Hussainey, Muhammad Safdar Sial and Maria Consuelo Pucheta-Martinez were the most productive authors. England, China and Spain have the largest number of publications. Author affiliations were led by the University of Portsmouth, University of Salamanca and Universitat Jaume I. The subtopics Business Economics, Environmental Sciences Ecology and Science Technology Other Topics were the most recurrent. The Authors Network showed 3 networks, 5 trios and 14 pairs, pointing out the degree of centrality and intermediation for the authors Muhammad Sial and Khaled Hussainey. The network with the most connections is that of author Muhammad Sial. The research contributes scientifically and methodologically through the bibliometric analysis of a more current sample that addresses the themes simultaneously and by making the research scripts available for better understanding and possible replication by other researchers.
