摘要
This study priorlizes the experiences of first-generation college students (FCCS) to Investigate Transtion Theory's limitations and understand the complexity of their academic journeys. By integrating Critical Race Theory and Resilience Theory, I seek to offer a deeper insight into the challenges and successes of FGCS. The analysis emphasizes the significance of external influences, personal resilience, and systemic obstacies in shaping the college experience for marginalized students. This research advocates for a holistic support approach to enhance the success and well-being of FGCS in higher education.
