摘要
Patients with triple-negative breast cancer have a high risk of recurrence and metastasis even in early stages. Adjuvant and neoadjuvant chemotherapy reduces the probability. A high proportion of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) has been confirmed as a favorable biomarker in women treated with chemotherapy. The retrospective meta-analysis now shows an independent prognostic value of TIL in patients who were treated exclusively locoregionally.
