摘要
With the rapid advancement and development of networking technologies, the Internet has significantly improved transmission speeds. However, natural disasters or emergencies can still lead to unexpected network infrastructure damage, resulting in an overload of network resources. To better manage network resource congestion postdisaster and improve users' service quality, this study aims to optimize the allocation of network resources based on the occurrence of disasters and changes in postdisaster networks, where user demand far exceeds available network resources. This study uses limited resources maximized for emergency and general users involved in disaster relief efforts. This study proposes a multiscenario approach to resource allocation that allows users to achieve their desired quality of service while improving overall network resource utilization. Based on this approach, this study proposes a framework for postdisaster multiscenario network resource management and a multiscenario network resource allocation algorithm, distinguishing this research from previous resource allocation studies.
