摘要
In contrast to the heart, the spleen shows reduced contrast uptake in MRI under adenosine stress. Pseudocontinuous arterial spin labeling (PACSL) enables noninvasive, contrast-free imaging. The study group checked the feasibility in healthy participants and the reliability for identifying people with suspected coronary heart disease and inappropriate adenosine stress.
