摘要：
Clinical studies with cannabidiol (CBD) in psychotic disorders have shown its potential as an effective and well-tolerated antipsychotic. However, the neurobiological mechanisms underlying its effects are currently unclear. A Dutch working group investigated the effects of additional CBD or placebo treatment on brain function and metabolism in patients with recent-onset psychosis.
