摘要
This paper proposes an optimization method for designing motor shape using a continuum sensitivity analysis to reduce torque ripples. An objective function was formulated as the weighted sum of energy differences corresponding to rotor position deviations, and the continuum sensitivity was derived using the concept of a material derivative. A design velocity to optimize the motor shape was calculated from the design sensitivity. To validate the proposed method, the shape design of the 4-pole synchronous reluctance motor was performed.
