摘要：
Regular physical activity protects against chronic cardiometabolic diseases such as coronary heart disease or type 2 diabetes mellitus. However, there is controversy as to whether recreational sport increases the risk of knee osteoarthritis. An international team of researchers examined this issue using a meta-analysis of raw data from various cohort studies.
