摘要
Although hyperferritinemia in patients with metabolic fatty liver disease - also known by the abbreviation MASLD - can show associations with the severity of liver fibrosis, the data on the prognostic benefit of ferritin determination remains unclear to date. Armandi et al. therefore wanted to close a gap and conducted a multicenter cohort study on the topic.
