CoV2O6/MoS2-xSex p-n junction composites with high catalytic activity for improvement of NO2 2 sensing at room temperature

摘要
The combination of MOx x with excellent catalytic ability and 2D materials with excellent electronic properties will be a good strategy to prepare gas sensors with high performance at room temperature. In this work, a flower-like CoV2O6 2 O 6 microsphere material with high catalytic activity was first synthesized by a simple solvothermal method, which can operate at a relatively low operating temperature of 50 degrees C. The decoration of MoS2-xSex 2-x Se x nanomaterial enables the CoV2O6 2 O 6 material to achieve high gas sensitivity at room temperature. From MoS2 2 to MoS2-xSex 2-x Se x and to CoV2O6/MoS2-xSex 2 O 6 /MoS 2-x Se x sensors, the gas sensing performance continues to improve. The gas sensing responses of the CoV2O6/MoS2-xSex 2 O 6 /MoS 2-x Se x sensor has increased by 6.7-7.5 and 2.0-2.2 times, respectively, compared to that of the MoS2 2 and MoS2-xSex 2-x Se x sensors. In addition, the CoV2O6/MoS2-xSex 2 O 6 /MoS 2-x Se x sensor also exhibits complete recoverability, lower detection limit (0.4 ppb), faster response and recovery rates, better moisture resistance, higher selectivity and better stability. The possible gas sensing mechanisms have been discussed in detail.
