摘要
Injuries to the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) have serious consequences for athletes, such as reduced muscle function, fear of certain movements, concern about new lesions and a reduced quality of life. These variables influence rehabilitation and the readiness for a full return to sport (RTS). The exploratory cross-sectional study took into account numerous objective physical criteria in a backward elimination process, but also demographic factors and psychological components.
