摘要
Objective: Following the concept I-Sustainability Design Thinking (ISDT), this study will design and develop a mobile application to relieve postpartum depression in pregnant women. Background: Depression has become one of the common diseases of affluence; however, the pregnant women are mainly affected by hormonal changes and other factors, influenced by emotional disorder in particular, thus causing the commits of suicide. To reduce the emotional issues of expectant and lying-in women, the study attempted the product conception and design adopting design approach under ISDT principle. Methods: The process of the ISDT method is divided into macro and micro forces. The macro forces are based on the Socio-Economic and Technology as regime, with resource conditions favorable for business operations, in line with sustainable development goals. Micro-forces, in micro-user orientations, through approaches of scenario story, character mapping, and scenario sketch brainstorming, the products designed may meet the needs of users and become more creative. Results: After macro and micro force analyses, the value proposition of the product with maximum values by satisfying needs by product and service audiences is provided, and the product design concept and prototype are developed. Conclusions: The APP takes the promotion of social support and self-efficacy as the core and transforms it into a game interaction method to achieve the goal of sustainability is more valuable than the value opportunity analysis of existing products. It is expected that ISDT can be used in product design, service design, graphic design, and designers in related design fields can also value and attempt to adopt ISDT's new design thinking to achieve the sustainable development goals and mutual prosperity of human beings.
