摘要
Two uncharacterized monoterpenoids (1-2) and six known analogues (3-8) were isolated from the fruit of Gardenia jasminoides. Their structures were determined by comprehensive spectroscopic data analysis, and the absolute configuration of 2 was elucidated by comparing the calculated electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectrum with experimental ECD spectrum. Additionally, the results of preliminary activity evaluation indicated that these compounds showed slightly a-glucosidase inhibitory activity.
