摘要
With the increasing data processing demands driven by features like ADAS and infotainment in the automotive industry, there's a trend toward expanding the number of cores to cope with this challenge. Multi-core processors are being deployed, such as the Gateway ECU, which handle multiple functions. Currently, when diagnostic services are requested from the Gateway ECU, it responds using the same methods as single-core ECUs did in the past. However, because the Gateway ECU is responsible for tasks beyond diagnostics, its response time to diagnostics may be slow. Therefore, the present study proposes the Core-Combine Processing method for diagnostics in multi-core ECU.
