摘要
Keeping road pavement in a satisfactory state is a challenging task and it requires on-time maintenance. However, timely repair needs continuous monitoring of the road state to estimate the necessity of road works correctly. Existing methods of so-called "manual" monitoring or modern applications of LiDARs work, but the firtst is time-consuming, and another is expensive. In this article, we continue to describe our vision of the problem solution and plan to touch on some issues, such as sensor measuring frequency and its influence on the efficiency of our system for assessing vibrations when driving on a road surface on wheeled vehicles.
