摘要
Purpose of current study is to examine the mediating effect of human resource practices on the relationship between emotional intelligence (Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Motivation, Empathy and Social Skills) and effective leadership from the perspective of employees within telecommunication organizations. For that sake, researcher adopted the quantitative approach in which a questionnaire was distributed on a convenient sample of (97) leader and employee within customer service department in the main three telecommunication organizations in Jordan (Zain, Orange and Umniah). Depending on SPSS, it was seen that HR practices have the ability to influence the relationship between emotional intelligence and effective leadership. In addition to that, study results found that the hypothesis that HRM practices mediate the relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership effectiveness emphasizes the importance of good HRM practices in an organization shows that developing and implementing effective HRM practices can create an environment in which emotionally intelligent leaders can maximize their potential and drive their organization towards success. Study recommended encouraging open communication and a culture of transparency within the organization. Further recommendations were presented in the study.
