摘要
The demand for high-performance on-chip fractal inductors has increased due to the growing need for miniaturization and enhanced functionality in integrated circuits. This paper provides insights into the optimization and design aspects of on-chip fractal inductors to achieve better performance. Through a systematic investigation of geometric parameters and material selection, the goal is to improve the inductance, quality factor, and self-resonance frequency of the inductors. Leveraging the recursive nature of the Hilbert curve, the proposed on-chip fractal inductor based on Hilbert curve achieves improved performance while occupying a smaller footprint. Advanced electromagnetic simulations are employed to assess the inductor characteristics, which helps in the determination of optimal design parameters.
