摘要
Critical infrastructure becomes a strategic target in the midst of a cyberwar. A classic example is the Stuxnet attack targeting Iran's nuclear power plant in 2010(1) by exploiting four zero-day flaws to compromise supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) to destroy the centrifuge. DNV reported a cyberattack in 2023 targeting its ShipManager software which is used by more than 7,000 vessels owned by 300 customers and forced the company to take its dedicated servers offline.(2 )More recent cyberattacks are targeting water facilities in the United States.(3)
