The data in the first 4 lines of the "Safety" section has been corrected. SAFETY. Four serious adverse events occurred: 2 in the intervention arm and 2 in the control arm. Regarding nonserious adverse events, 15 occurred in the control arm and 8 in the intervention arm. None was related to the intervention itself, according to investigator review of individual events. The authors apologize for these errors. The online version of the paper has been corrected.
