摘要
The problem of training future teachers at the university is due to the requirements imposed by society, the state, and employers, which is directly related to the educational content of training future teachers and the study of the effectiveness of pedagogical education technology. The change in views on the training of future teachers of a pedagogical profile in accordance with a set of normative documents both in the Russian Federation and abroad indicates the urgent need of society for competent teachers who possess professional pedagogical knowledge, the ability to evaluate their own activities, the ability to identify themselves with others, ready to generate values in their profession, in themselves, in their the environment. The objects of close attention of teachers and psychologists are studies of the effectiveness of technology for training future teachers at the university. The purpose of the study is to analyze and determine the most effective technologies for training future teachers in the process of organizing and conducting experimental work. Research objectives: to analyze and justify the most effective technologies; to identify the features of their implementation in the process of conducting experimental work. The empirical base of the study was 214 future teachers of the I. S. Turgenev Oryol State University and Voronezh State Pedagogical University. Research methods: there was a survey, a questionnaire, an analysis of the products of project activities, ranking, modeling and interpreting the data obtained, statistical verification of their reliability. The study of the effectiveness of pedagogical education technologies in the process of training future specialists confirmed the need to take into account the technical, external and internal communicative, substantive and methodological features of their organization in order to strengthen professionalization. The effectiveness of practice-oriented educational technologies determines their ranking according to the importance of goal-setting in the structure of pedagogical activity and the purpose of highlighting the "fan" of pedagogical options for their solution in practice, increasing experience in the algorithm of pedagogical activity to solve the proposed cases. It has been revealed that future teachers of the classical university are more argumentatively implementing the most effective technologies, while at the Pedagogical University future teachers turned out to be more adaptive to changing realities, able to more correctly build their pedagogical activities in order to update the pedagogical knowledge necessary for their self- realization. The described practice-oriented technologies implemented in pedagogical education characterize the importance of changing pedagogical tools in the educational process of the University.
