摘要
A new C-alpha methoxy benzylisoquinoline, annocherine E (1), along with 11 known compounds including liriodenine (2), atherospermidine (3), lysicamine (4), oxoxylopine (5), (-)-N-formylstepharine (6), (-)-anonaine (7), (-)-asimilobine (8), (-)-xylopine (9), (+)-N-methyllaurotetanine (10), (-)-norushinsunine (11), and (-)-ushinsunine (12) were isolated from the stems of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn. cv. Rosa-plena. The structure of the new benzylisoquinoline was elucidated by chemical and physical evidence.
