摘要
This article aims to provide a reflection on the educational panorama of Brazilian Higher Education from the aspect of the intensification of the use of TDIC, through blended learning, to discuss some effects of the expansion of the use of these technologies. This is exploratory bibliographical research in which the results were analyzed using a qualitative approach, exploring Complexity Theory as the main theoretical framework. The results allow the inference that the expansion of the use of TDIC is correlated to the private and hybrid scenario in Higher Education.
