摘要
Dielectric relaxation investigations of malononitrile have been carried out at different temperatures in the frequency range of 10 MHz-30 GHz using a time domain reflectometry technique. The static dielectric constant (epsilon 0) and relaxation time (tau), and asymmetric distribution parameter (beta) of liquid malononitrile at different temperatures have been determined using the Least Squares Fit method. The intermolecular hydrogen bonding in malononitrile has also been discussed with the use of the Kirkwood correlation factor and dielectric relaxation parameters.
