摘要
Tall cell carcinoma with reversed polarity is a type of breast carcinoma recognized as an independent entity for the first time in the WHO 2018 classification. It is a rare entity, not yet fully characterized in terms of its clinical behavior and evolution. Its differential diagnosis includes papillary thyroid carcinoma as well as other types of papillary carcinomas of the breast. We review the literature and present a case with three years of follow-up and with special attention to its clinical, morphologic, immunohistochemical, genetic and follow-up features. We discuss the main differential diagnoses of the entity and review the literature. (c) 2024 SESPM. Published by Elsevier Espa & ntilde;a, S.L.U. All rights reserved.
