摘要
The study of organizations has recently gained strength, focusing on both theoretical and empirical understanding. This includes the analysis of its operation, dynamics and needs, drawing the attention of management experts to related topics. In the face of fluctuating economic and social dynamics, it is crucial that sports entities adopt a proactive mindset to anticipate changes and develop skills that improve their organizational performance. This work aims to validate the variables that affect the measurement of performance in sports organizations. The Delphi method was applied in three stages: 1) Identification of actors/experts, with the initial participation of five people for the validation of the instrument; 2) Definition of questions and development of the instrument, with 5 components for its construction and validation; 3) Quantitative evaluation through the application of a questionnaire to 217 actors (including managers, legal representatives and coaches) of sports clubs in Medell & iacute;n. The results were divided into four strategic components: administrative (effectiveness and productivity), competitiveness (efficiency, profitability and innovation), sports (innovation and creativity) and, finally, social innovation, along with 38 variables that make up these components. The main conclusion where the actors agree is the importance that the application of a multilevel approach facilitates decision making and promotes competitive advantage in this type of organizations.
