摘要
Chronic non -communicable diseases (NCDs) account for the highest morbidity and mortality rates in several countries of the world at the beginning of the 21st century. Thus, the objective of the study was to verify the prevalence and analyze the factors associated with regular practice of physical activities (PA) per week of individuals registered in the context of primary care in a Basic Health Unit of Nova Mamor & eacute;-RO. Cross-sectional study, with users aged 30 to 74 years, 2019. The following questionnaires were used: International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) in its shortest version, sociodemographic, biochemical and anthropometric tests. Stratification of Cardiovascular Risk (CVR) and metabolic syndrome. Binary Logistic Regression. Of the 63 users, 68.3% selfreported that they did not practice PA for at least 150 minutes per week, 10 minutes continuously, or at least three times per week. After adjustment, the factors associated with not practicing PA were age equal to or greater than 50 years, non-white skin color, altered waist circumference, high LDL cholesterol >190 mg/dl, low HDL cholesterol <40 mg/dl, high cardiovascular risk >20% and presence of metabolic syndrome (p<0.05). Multifactorial aspects should be considered in health promotion strategies directed at counseling actions for regular PA practice in Primary Health Care.
