摘要
Companies today are increasingly competitive through constant innovation to be at the forefront of markets and customers. That is why this study is developed in order to analyze organizational innovation as a process of business growth. In this competitive scenario, innovation must go two steps further. It supposes the incorporation of proposals, products, services or procedures that generate change in the organizational work that translate into economic growth. The methodology used was of the documentary type, this research is considered with a bibliographic design by virtue of having used books by recognized authors on the proposed topic on previous studies of the documented variable. After the development of the model, it was known that those organizations that bet on an innovation in the way of offering, or providing their service or product, will be able to remain in the market despite the crisis by implementing technology and knowledge as a competitive advantage within the innovation. for business economic growth.
