摘要
This study investigates the link between fiscal expenditure and rural households' fertility intentions based on relevant CFPS data. It is found that increasing public service government fiscal expenditures can effectively increase the fertility intentions of rural households, and further analysis shows that government fiscal expenditures on public services can increase the fertility intentions of rural households by increasing their annual household incomes. This study also conducted robustness test and endogeneity test to ensure the robustness of its results.
