摘要
The purpose of the article was oriented to analyze Neuromanagement as a tool to strengthen organizational learning. Methodologically, it was developed within the paradigm of qualitative research, using documentary research as a tool for reviewing the bibliography related to the object of study. The review of the set of theoretical statements allows it to be viewed as a discipline that combines science and business management to take advantage of knowledge about the functioning of the human brain in the organizational field. Its objective is to improve performance and learning within companies. Organizational learning refers to an organization's ability to acquire knowledge, adapt to change, and constantly improve its performance. Neuromanagement is presented as a tool to strengthen the learning process in organizations; who, from the community, must develop spaces for interaction and share knowledge. To achieve this, Neuromanagement uses techniques and strategies based on the discoveries of neuroscience. Therefore, Neuromanagement can use these strategies to design more effective learning processes.
